If someone is in immediate danger

Call 911 right away. For suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline — they work with law enforcement and can act faster than we can.

What to Report

Report any listing or behavior that falls into the categories below. When in doubt, send it — we’d rather review a false alarm than miss real harm.

Minors / CSAM

Any content involving anyone who appears to be under 18. Report to NCMEC first, then to us.

Human Trafficking

Signs of forced work, coercion, or someone being controlled by a third party.

Non-Consensual Content

Intimate images shared without the subject’s consent (“revenge porn”).

Scams & Fraud

Fake listings asking for deposits, gift cards, verification fees, or external payment links.

Impersonation

Someone using another person’s photos, name, or contact info without permission.

Violence or Threats

Listings that threaten harm, harassment, or stalking.

Illegal Activity

Drugs, weapons, or any criminal activity being advertised or solicited.

Spam or Malware

Auto-posted spam, malicious links, or phishing attempts.

What to Include in Your Report

The more specific you are, the faster we can act. Please include:

  • Listing URL — the full link to the listing on ListCrawler
  • Category — which type of abuse from the list above
  • What you saw — a short description of the issue
  • Evidence — screenshots or quotes from the ad if relevant
  • Your role — are you the subject of the listing, a witness, or a third party?
  • How to reach you — optional, but helpful if we need follow-up details

What Happens After You Report

  1. We confirm receipt. You’ll get an acknowledgement within 24 hours for most abuse reports.
  2. We investigate. Our Trust & Safety team reviews the listing and any evidence you’ve provided.
  3. We act. Listings that violate our policies are removed, and we may blacklist the source.
  4. We escalate if needed. Reports involving illegal content or imminent harm are escalated to the appropriate authorities.
  5. We follow up. Where possible, we’ll let you know the outcome.

What We Can’t Help With

We can’t mediate disputes between users, share poster contact info, verify identities, or recover lost funds from a scam. If you’ve been the victim of a crime, please contact local law enforcement.

DMCA & Copyright

If the issue is copyrighted material being used without permission, that’s a different process. Please use our DMCA page instead — it has the specific info we need to process a valid takedown notice.

Safety reminder: ListCrawler does not verify, endorse, or vouch for any listing on this site. You are fully responsible for your own safety and choices. If you believe a crime has been committed or someone is in danger, contact local authorities immediately.
