Community Guidelines
How we expect people to behave on ListCrawler. Respect goes both ways — for posters, for visitors, and for each other.
In a Nutshell
ListCrawler exists so adults can find each other safely and easily. That only works if people treat each other with basic respect and use the site in good faith.
These guidelines explain what we expect. Breaking them can get you restricted from the site, and in some cases reported to the appropriate authorities.
Our Core Principles
Consent
Every interaction starts with mutual agreement. No means no, and silence isn’t yes.
Respect
Treat posters and other visitors like real people. Rudeness and harassment aren’t welcome here.
Safety
Look out for yourself and the people you meet. If something feels off, it probably is.
Privacy
What happens between two adults stays between them. Don’t share other people’s info without permission.
Honesty
Be upfront about who you are and what you’re looking for. Catfishing ruins it for everyone.
Responsibility
You’re responsible for your own choices. We aggregate listings — we don’t verify them.
Zero Tolerance
Some things will get content removed and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement — no warnings, no second chances:
- Content involving anyone under 18, or content made to appear to involve a minor
- Human trafficking, coercion, or anyone appearing to be held against their will
- Non-consensual intimate content (including “revenge porn”)
- Threats of violence, stalking, or physical harm
- Sexual content involving animals or extreme violence
When You Contact a Poster
Most of the time a listing links out to a third-party source where you message the poster directly. Whatever the channel, keep these in mind:
Do
- Lead with a short, specific message
- Respect their stated preferences (age, location, meet type)
- Take no for an answer, immediately
- Be honest about what you’re looking for
- Verify details before committing to a meet
- Show up on time if you say you will
Don’t
- Send explicit photos unsolicited
- Pressure, negotiate, or try to wear them down
- Spam copy-paste messages to multiple posters
- Lie about your age, status, or intentions
- Share their contact info or photos with anyone else
- Keep messaging if they’ve stopped responding
Using the Site
Browsing
Browse as much as you want. No login, no limits. Just don’t try to scrape, crawl, or systematically rip content from the site. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.
Links & External Sites
Listings link out to third-party classified platforms. When you click through, you’re leaving ListCrawler and are subject to that site’s rules and privacy policy. Use the same judgment you’d use anywhere else online.
Your Devices
If you’re on a shared or borrowed device, remember that browser history and cookies stick around. Use private/incognito mode if you want to leave no local trace.
Age
ListCrawler is strictly 18+. If you’re under 18, leave. If you run across any content you think involves a minor, report it immediately.
Safety Basics
These aren’t rules we enforce — they’re habits that keep people safe. Adopt them:
- First meet in public. Coffee shop, hotel lobby, anywhere with people around. Save the private location for after trust is established.
- Tell someone. A friend should know where you’re going, who you’re meeting, and when you expect to check in.
- Keep your phone charged. Share your live location with someone you trust.
- Protect your info. Don’t give out your home address, full name, or workplace until you have a reason to.
- Use protection. Always. Non-negotiable.
- Trust your gut. If something feels off — in messages or in person — leave. You don’t owe anyone an explanation.
- Watch for scams. Anyone asking for money, gift cards, deposits, or “verification fees” up front is a scam. See our FAQ for more red flags.
If You’re the Subject of a Listing
If a listing depicts you or uses your photos, name, or contact info without your permission, we want to know. Send the URL and proof of identity to abuse@listcrawler1.vercel.app and we’ll act fast.
For copyrighted photos being used without permission, use our DMCA process for the fastest removal.
Reporting Violations
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it:
- Visit the Report Abuse page for the full process and category-specific addresses
- Email abuse@listcrawler1.vercel.app with the listing URL and what’s wrong
- For emergencies, call local authorities (911 in the US) — don’t wait on us
- For suspected CSAM, report to NCMEC CyberTipline first, then us
Every report is read. Most abuse reports get a first response within 24 hours.
Consequences
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. Depending on the conduct, consequences may include:
- Removal of listings or content that violates our policies
- Restriction or blocking of access to the Service for users who engage in prohibited behavior
- Blacklisting of source platforms that repeatedly produce content raising serious concerns
- Referral to law enforcement for conduct involving illegal content or imminent harm
- Cooperation with investigations by providing information as legally required
