All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depictions were created.

2. Aggregator Role & Third-Party Content
ListCrawler operates as an aggregator and directory of publicly-posted adult classified listings. ListCrawler does not produce, create, upload, or host the original visual content that appears in listings. All visual depictions indexed by ListCrawler originate with and are hosted by independent third-party classified platforms.
Accordingly, with respect to visual content aggregated from third-party sources, ListCrawler is not the "producer" (primary or secondary) of such content as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). The original posters and the third-party platforms that host the content are responsible for the creation, hosting, and record-keeping obligations that attach to "producer" status under these statutes and regulations.
To the extent any activity undertaken by ListCrawler could be construed as falling within 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4)(i)–(iv) (activities that do not constitute production), ListCrawler’s activities are limited to those described therein — specifically, the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation of communications for the selection or alteration of the content of the communications is limited to deletion of a particular communication or material made by another person or the transmission of communications without selection of the material.
3. Primary Records Custodians
Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for visual content indexed by ListCrawler are maintained by the original producers of that content and/or by the third-party classified platforms that host it.
Each third-party platform is responsible for maintaining its own 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records and for publishing its own custodian-of-records statement. Requests for records relating to specific visual content should be directed to the platform that hosts the original content, which can generally be identified by following the listing source link on a ListCrawler detail page.
Note: ListCrawler does not hold, possess, or have access to the primary age-verification records maintained by third-party content producers. We cannot produce records we do not have. Requests for primary records must be directed to the original producer or hosting platform.
4. ListCrawler Records Custodian
To the extent ListCrawler maintains any records that fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the designated custodian of records is:
Inspection requests pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.5 must be submitted in writing and must comply with the notice and procedural requirements of the regulations. Records are maintained at the business address of the custodian, which is available upon lawful request.
5. Age Requirement Policy
ListCrawler does not permit and has zero tolerance for any content involving persons under the age of eighteen (18). This applies to content aggregated from third-party sources as much as to any content that might be posted directly to ListCrawler.
Our policy with respect to suspected minors is:
Any listing reasonably suspected of depicting a person under 18 is removed from the directory immediately upon identification, without waiting for further verification.
Suspected violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving suspected exploitation of minors.
We may permanently restrict access to source platforms that repeatedly produce content raising age concerns.
6. Reporting Suspected Violations
If you believe any content accessible through ListCrawler depicts a person under the age of eighteen (18), or otherwise violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or related laws, report it immediately.
