1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ListCrawler (“ListCrawler,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit listcrawler1.vercel.app.
ListCrawler is an aggregator directory for adult classified listings. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for an email, phone number, or any other identifier to browse the site.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
Because no account is required, you typically don’t provide us any personal information. If you choose to email us (for support, abuse reports, DMCA takedowns, etc.), we receive the information contained in that email — which may include your name, email address, and anything you include in the message.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers and infrastructure providers automatically log certain technical information, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL (the page you came from)
- Pages visited on our site and time spent
- Approximate geographic region derived from IP (country, state/region)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
This information is standard server log data and is not tied to an account or identity by us.
2.3 Cookies
See Cookies & Tracking below.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure the site
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Analyze aggregate traffic to improve performance and content
- Respond to inquiries, support requests, and legal notices
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles tied to your identity, and we do not sell your information.
4. Cookies & Tracking
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. ListCrawler uses a minimal set of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., remembering whether you’ve dismissed a notice).
- Analytics cookies (aggregate only) — used to measure site usage in aggregate. These do not identify individual users.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate ListCrawler. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf:
- Hosting & CDN — to serve the site and protect against abuse (includes IP addresses and request logs).
- Aggregate analytics — to measure traffic in anonymous aggregate.
- Email delivery — to receive and respond to email you send to our support addresses.
Additionally, listings indexed on ListCrawler link out to third-party classified platforms. When you click through to an external listing, you leave ListCrawler and are subject to the privacy policy of the destination site.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only:
- With service providers performing operations on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
- To prevent harm — where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ListCrawler, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets. We will notify users of any such change.
7. Data Retention
We retain server logs for a limited period (typically 30–90 days) for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes, after which they are rotated out or aggregated. Emails you send to us are retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for legal compliance, then deleted.
Aggregate analytics data with no individual identifiers may be retained indefinitely.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we process, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you learn of a security issue, please email support@listcrawler1.vercel.app.
9. Children’s Privacy
ListCrawler is an adults-only service intended for persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to us, please contact abuse@listcrawler1.vercel.app and we will delete the information promptly.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including:
- The right to know what information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of your information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell)
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
Because we do not require an account and collect minimal information, the scope of what we hold about any individual user is typically very limited. To exercise a right, email legal@listcrawler1.vercel.app with your request.
11. California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have additional rights, including the rights listed in Section 10. In the 12 months preceding the effective date of this policy, we have:
- Collected the categories of information listed in Section 2
- Not sold personal information
- Not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Disclosed personal information only to the service providers listed in Section 5
California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. We will require verification of the agent’s authority.
12. International Users
ListCrawler is operated from and directed to users in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. By using the site, you consent to such transfer.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
